I baked my bread but after 35 mins it was not ready. What do I do?

Some ovens are different. Temperatures may vary from oven to oven, and it also depends on the size of the oven. If after 35 mins you feel your bread is not ready, the best indication is to stick a knife through the bread, if it comes clean bread is done. Also you can tap the bottom, top and sides of the bread with a knife, if it sounds hollow bread is ready.

How long does my baked product last without going bad?

Our flour mixes are made from quality ingredients without any artificial ingredients. For best results keep sealed in your fridge. If kept in the fridge, your bread can last for 12 to 14 days.

Can I freeze the baked bread?

Yes, you can freeze the baked bread and use it at a later stage, but for better results do not freeze it for more than 3 months. Make sure the bread cools down completely before you freeze it.

I mixed my Keto Sandwich Bread and Burger Buns but dough comes out smooth and firm. Shall I add more water?

No. Do not add more water. The dough for the Keto Sandwich Bread and the Keto Burger Buns should be smooth and firm. You should be able to mold it easily.

Do I need a machine to mix or can I mix by hand?

You can mix by hand or machine. If you mix by machine its about 3 to 5 mins and if you mix by hand it will take a little bit longer, the good thing is you get a great arm workout!

My baked product did not rise as much. What can I do?

There are a couple of things you can do:

- Try replacing the warm water with HOT water.

- Let the dough rest inside your oven running at 100 to 120 F.

- You can try adding 10 grams of fresh active yeast at the time of mixing.

Do I need a baking pan?

You do not need a baking pan, you can also shape your loaf round or in a different shape and place it on top of parchment paper. We also use loaf pans of different sizes and shapes.
